(This is my first attempt so please be patient, i am not good at naming the
chords. Comments and suggestions welcome.)

Listen to the song to get the feel for strumming. The trick is
to play bass followed by treble and back to bass strings for every
chord.

Intro:
I think intro is repeated 3 times.
E----------7--7--7----7------------8---8---8--------------------
B----------8--8--8----7------------8---8---8--------------------
G----------7--7--7----7------------9---9---9--------------------
D----------9--9--9----9------------10--10--10-----0-0----2------
A----------10-10-10---9------------10--10--10-----2-2----2------
E---0--7---7--7--7----7-----0--8---8---8---8------3-3----0------

The main part of the song goes something like this:

E------3--3--3---------------7--------------8--8---3--3---------
B------3--3--3---------------7--------------8--8---3--3---------
G------4--4--4---------------7--------------9--9---4--4---------
D------5--5--5----9---------------------10---------5--5--2------
A------5--5--5----9---------------------10---------5--5--2------
E0--3--3--3--3----7--------------0--8---8----------3--3--0------

CHORUS: x2

E---3--------------------5-------------------------3------------
B---3--------------------5-------------------------3------------
G---4--------------------6-------------------------4------------
D---5--------------------7-------------------------5------------
A---5--------------------7-------------------------5------------
E---3--------------------5-------------------------3------------
....its driven me before....and it seems to have a vague

Em
haunting mass appeal

End at Em

Then
E------3--3--3---------------7--------------8--8---3--3---------
B------3--3--3---------------7--------------8--8---3--3---------
G------4--4--4---------------7--------------9--9---4--4---------
D------5--5--5----9---------------------10---------5--5--2------
A------5--5--5----9---------------------10---------5--5--2------
E0--3--3--3--3----7--------------0--8---8----------3--3--0------
.Whatever.........tomorrow..............brings.....i'll..be.....

E------3--3--3---------------7--------------8--8---3--3---------
B------3--3--3---------------7--------------8--8---3--3---------
G------4--4--4---------------7--------------9--9---4--4---------
D------5--5--5----9---------------------10---------5--5--2------
A------5--5--5----9---------------------10---------5--5--2------
E0--3--3--3--3----7--------------0--8---8----------3--3--0------
.......there......with open arms........and open...eyes yeah....

Ending
E----3-----5
B----3-----5
G----4-----6
D----5-----7
A----5-----7
E----3-----5

VERSE
~~~~~
Just repeat the intro 'till you get the pre-chorus
PRE-CHORUS
~~~~~~~~~~
This are the chords used in this part.
If you figure out it's just one finger out between A and Asus2
It's just how many times and the way you play them.

e||-------|------------||
B||--5----|--2----0----||
G||--4----|--2----2----||

   It's driven me before, it seems to have a vague Haunting mass appeal

Em/C      A Asus2 A Asus2 A Asus2 A  Em/C            A
   Lately I'm beginning to find that I should be the one behind the wheel

Repeat this through the Chorus (Thanks Mike Mahon)

SOLO (The Second guitar is only repeating the verse)

E||------------|--------------------------|-----------------------||

I made a minor change in the inversion of the E minor
used in the verse based on the video that came out
recently. I always thought the open position E minor
sounded funny, and seeing Mike play his Em at the 7th
fret verified my suspicion.

Some minor corrections to the chords above.
The Intro/Verse/Chorus needs a little tweaking. I will list here the 4
required chords for the Intro/Verse/Chorus. From the tab above, you can
figure out the progression.
